Pay Incentives
- Entry-Level Assistant Managers are eligible to earn skill-based raises at their six-month anniversary. At one-year anniversary the Night or Relief Assistant is eligible to earn a pay raise.
- Part-Time Clerks are eligible to earn a customer service bonus after six months service.
- Every six months, Part-Time Clerks earn a retention bonus based on their total number of hours worked during the previous six months.
