Tulsa, Okla., October 12, 2012 – QuikTrip Corporation announced they will open their 100th location on November 1, 2012. The 100th store will be located at 1401 South Alvernon Way in Tucson, Arizona.
“QuikTrip opened our first Arizona division store in April of 2000,” said Gary Mootz, Division Manager for Arizona. “Twelve years later we now have 100 great locations; we own and operate a distribution center and QuikTrip Kitchens facility; and we have nearly 2,000 employees,” said Mootz.
“In 2007 Chet Cadieux, President and CEO of QuikTrip, told employees that our next market would be Tucson,” said Troy DeVos, Director of Real Estate. “QuikTrip would like to thank the elected officials and employees of the City of Tucson. They truly have made QuikTrip welcome and we appreciate their professionalism,” said DeVos.
