For the fifth year in a row FORTUNE magazine has named QuikTrip as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" in the annual survey released January 8, 2007.

Chet Cadieux, President of QuikTrip, said, "Just being considered by FORTUNE magazine as one of the nation's best employers is quite an accomplishment, but receiving this recognition five years in a row and being in the top 20 is a tremendous honor for every QuikTrip employee."

"The purpose of QuikTrip is to give our employees the opportunity to grow and succeed", said Cadieux. "And by making this prestigious list five years in a row validates QuikTrip's commitment to our employees".

The FORTUNE rankings are based on rigorous selection criteria, including an independently administered employee survey and extensive analysis of employment track records, benefit programs and corporate culture. Two-thirds of each company's evaluation was based on the employee survey results, which evaluated trust in management, pride in work and the company, and camaraderie. The remainder of the evaluation was based on a cultural audit and human resources information.
