QuikTrip at Sprint Center Offers Convenience Amenities

Kansas City, MO - Regional convenience store giant, QuikTrip Corp. today announced a multi-year partnership with Sprint Center with a morning celebration providing on-site construction workers a breakfast of their quality products. The breakfast, served by eight QuikTrip employees, including pastries and bottled orange juice.

The centerpiece of the partnership includes a QuikTrip store at Sprint Center. This self-service store will be among the first of its kind in an arena, stadium or entertainment venue. It will feature many of the same products found at the more than 70 QuikTrip stores in the Kansas City metro area - all at QuikTrip prices.

"We are proud to partner with Sprint Center," said Jim Denny, QuikTrip, Vice President of Marketing. "Sprint Center is the cornerstone of downtown Kansas City development and is a catalyst for the region."

At the on-site store, patrons will find the new QT Kitchen line of quality products including donuts, pastries, hand-carved sandwiches and salads, all made fresh daily in the regional commissary located in Belton, Mo.

In addition to offering a variety of coffee flavors, the store will also have Freezoni's, QuikShakes, Rooster Booster and Donkey Kick energy drinks, and customers will be greeted and assisted by dedicated QuikTrip employees.

"This partnership adds another unique feature to Sprint Center that will make it one of the premier sports and entertainment venues in the region," said Mark Faber, senior vice president of Business Operations. "We are excited to add another partner who shares the same commitment to quality and will add to the guests' experience."

As part of the partnership, QuikTrip will assist in the promotion of Sprint Center events in its stores within the Kansas City area.
