QuikTrip extends its winning streak to 6!

FORTUNE Magazine has once again named QuikTrip as one of the 100 Best Companies To Work For. For the 6th year in a row, QuikTrip has finished near the top, this year coming in at number 28.

"Having a prestigious magazine like FORTUNE name QuikTrip as one of the best companies in America to work for is something I will never tire of," said Chet Cadieux, President and CEO of QuikTrip.

"This spring, QuikTrip will open its 500th store, and in September we'll celebrate our 50th year in business. The size and appearance of our stores and the products we sell have changed a lot over the years, but one thing that has remained consistent since the beginning is the quality of our employees. To be recognized for this achievement is the highest compliment we can receive. QuikTrip's purpose is to provide our employees the opportunity to grow and succeed. Our people will always remain the core of our existence," said Cadieux.

The Fortune rankings are based on rigorous selection criteria, including an independently administered employee survey and extensive analysis of employment track records, benefit programs and corporate culture. Two-thirds of each company's evaluation was based on the employee survey results, which evaluated trust in management, pride in work and the company, and camaraderie. The remainder of the evaluation was based on a cultural audit and human resources information.
