Commercial Application download page

Thank you for your interest in QuikTrip's commercial fueling program for your company. A QuikTrip card is issued for each vehicle or driver and each card can have it's own pre-set credit limit. Once this credit limit is reached, the driver will no longer be able to purchase anything using their QuikTrip card. This unique security feature allows the fleet manager to better control expenses and limits the potential for fraud.

At the end of the month you will receive an invoice that will have the charges for each card listed separately with a roll-up invoice listing the total charges for the month. With our CRIND system your drivers can quickly fuel using their card without going inside the store, saving your company time and money.

The QuikTrip Commercial application is available for viewing and printing using the Adobe® Acrobat® software package. If you currently do not have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® on your computer, simply follow this Adobe® link to get a free version of the software. Once the software has been loaded onto your computer, you can return to this page and download the application. After completing the application, please fax it to the Commercial Fuels Department at 918-615-7400 for processing. Prior to faxing, please be sure that the application has been signed and that a contact name and email address is listed for the account. If you do not wish to download the application at this time, you can go the Application Request page to receive an application by fax, email or regular mail.
