The primary goal of QT Connect is to partner with our members in a way that we can learn how to better serve customers in our stores. Our members believe that their participation in the development of our products and our services through the surveys benefit them every time they visit a QuikTrip location.

Members receive surveys through a random computer generated selection process, therefore you may receive a survey that a friend or family member does not. You may receive a survey once a month, every 3 months, or six months. After completing a survey you will receive a coupon by email to print and redeem in our stores.

What if I have a friend or family member who wants to be a QT Connect member?

How do I unsubscribe?

Click the “unsubscribe” link in any of the survey emails that you receive from QT Connect or email qtconnect@quiktrip.com.

How often will a survey / coupon be sent out?

Surveys will go out randomly throughout the year as our needs require it.  You may receive a survey that another member does not.

How many times can a coupon be printed and/or redeemed?

Only one coupon is allowed to be printed and redeemed for each survey completed.

Once I print my coupon, how long do I have to redeem it?

The expiration date is printed on the coupon.

What if the link does not work?

You may want to ensure that your browser is set to allow “cookies.” Supported environment for our surveys and links are Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3.0, Safari 4.0, Chrome and many mobile environments.

Please ensure that you are attempting to complete the survey from one of these supported browsers.

What if I have trouble printing my coupon?

There are typically two methods available for printing your coupon. You can either use the File-Print options from your browser or the Control - P (Ctrl) shortcut for printing. If you still need assistance please email qtconnect@quiktrip.com

Can the coupon be mailed to my home?

At this time we require each member to print their coupons as your information is embedded in the QR barcode.

Can the store scan the coupon from my phone?

Currently our store system is not set up for mobile coupon scanning but we are working on a solution for this in the future.
