How many times can I register?
Each person can only have one registration.
What if I register and don’t receive an activation code?
In an effort to block SPAM email, some customers have set up their email accounts to only accept email from people who are in their email address book. Try adding qtconnect@quiktrip.com to your address book. Your internet provider may also be blocking SPAM emails.

How do I make changes to my email address and/or registration information (city, zip, etc.)?
To update any information, click “Sign In” at the top of any page. Once signed in, click on either "Update my email and password” or “Update my profile” button, change your information, and click the save button.
How do I unsubscribe?
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any page which will take you directly to the unsubscribe page.
SURVEYS / COUPONS
How often will a survey/coupon be sent out?
Typically, you can expect to receive a survey/coupon offer once a month, but there may be times when we send out additional offers.
How many times can a coupon be printed and/or redeemed?
Only one coupon is allowed to be printed and redeemed per promotion per person.
How long do I have to print the coupon?
Once you complete and submit a survey, you will have the option to print the coupon immediately or at a later time. If you choose to print the coupon at a later time, you will have up until the survey expiration date shown on the screen.
Once I print my coupon, how long do I have to redeem it?
Typically, Connect coupons expire two weeks from the day they are printed.
What if I have trouble printing the coupon?
Check your printer and then check your internet option settings. When the print button is selected, it uses Java script. It may be that you have something selected that isn't letting the script run. If you click on internet options, the advanced tab, and reset to default, it should fix this.
