We have a very low employee turnover rate. People like working here, and very few leave. We promote from within. All new employees start in entry-level jobs in the bakery/commissary or the warehouse. From there, employees have numerous career paths they can follow. 

Starting pay for entry-level jobs at at the Belton and Phoenix facilities for manufacturing and is $9.69 per hour ($10.68 in Atlanta), with an additional 50 cents per hour for evening shifts. Seniority and cost-of-living raises are also given.
