When we say we hold our employees to high standards, this especially applies to our managers. QT staffs five full-time manager positions in stores. And because this level of QT culture can’t be hired off the street, and our rigid standards and performance expectations make running our stores a learned skill, three of the five manager positions are promoted from within.
The entry level Assistant Managers are in charge of the store during their shift. They are tasked with, among many other things, the supervision of part-time employees. They are eligible for promotion, which hinges on performance, to the Second Assistant Manager position.
Second Assistant Managers are eligible for promotion to First Assistant Managers, who are then eligible for promotion to Store Manager.
