2025 Haul-A-Days Promotion

1. Eligibility
The QuikTrip 2025 Haul-A-Days Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 13 years or older at time of entry, except as otherwise provided herein. Employees of QuikTrip Corporation (“QuikTrip”), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, parents, and children) and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to enter. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. This Promotion is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
2. Timing
The Promotion begins on December 1, 2025, at 12:01:00 am Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and ends on January 4, 2026, at 11:59:00 pm CDT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Promotion. The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If all the Instant Win Prizes are awarded during the Promotion Period, the Promotion will end at that time.
3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, all eligible individuals who have QuikTrip’s mobile app (“App”) installed on their smartphones (including both new and existing App users), and who have an active, verified account on the App during the Promotion Period, are automatically considered “Participants” and are entitled to receive one entry (“Entry”) into the Promotion, once per day, each day the App is opened. Additionally, each time a Participant completes a valid, paid and completed App purchase (an “App Purchase”) during the Promotion Period, the Participant shall be entitled to receive one Entry in the Promotion. There is no limit on the number of App Purchase Entries each Entrant may earn during the Promotion Period.
Additionally, individuals who do not wish to activate and verify an account in the App may receive one free Entry by completing a short survey (the “Survey”) found here: Each Survey must be completed, in full, in order to receive an Entry. Limit one Survey Entry per person during the Promotion Period.
By using the App and receiving or submitting an Entry during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the grant of rights set forth below. App Purchase Entries are only valid if received in, or submitted by, a Participant from his or her own authorized, verified App account. QuikTrip will not be responsible for Entries that are incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, lost, late or misdirected, nor for any failure in the receipt of any Entry due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind.
QuikTrip reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for, and/or refuse to award a Digital Gift (defined below) to any Participant who does not adhere to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules or who is otherwise deemed, at QuikTrip’s sole discretion, to have engaged in inappropriate, deceptive, or illegal conduct with respect to the Promotion. All of QuikTrip’s decisions are final.
4. Prizes
Instant win prizes (the “Digital Gifts”) will be awarded in the form of a digital coupon. Each user with an active account in the App will receive a Digital Gift once per day when the user first opens their App. Digital Gifts must be redeemed within 3 days of when the Digital Gift is awarded. After the 3 days has passed the prize cannot be redeemed and the Digital Gift is forfeited. Prizes for the Digital Gifts include but are not limited to:

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each Digital Gift is variable, but in any event less than $14.99 (total permitted redemptions of each item may vary by Digital Gift). Participants must be aged 13 years or older to win a Digital Gift. Digital Gift winners will be notified immediately through the App. Odds of winning more than one (1) Digital Gift depend on Participant App usage during the Promotion Period.
General Conditions
QuikTrip reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Promotion if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other conditions beyond QuikTrip’s control, or at QuikTrip’s discretion for any other reason. By submitting an Entry, you hereby assign to QuikTrip and agree that QuikTrip owns all right, title, and interest, including without limitation all copyright rights, in and to your Entry materials that are provided in connection with the Promotion. By entering, you agree that you will not receive any monetary compensation as a result of any use of the Entry materials and that QuikTrip’s willingness to consider your Entry in the Promotion constitutes adequate and sufficient consideration for this grant. You further agree that if selected as a winner, QuikTrip may in its sole discretion use your Entry and reference your first name and your city and state of residence to congratulate winners on QuikTrip’s Facebook page, Twitter feed, and Instagram feed and anywhere else at QuikTrip’s discretion. By entering the Promotion, your personal information will be collected and maintained by QuikTrip.
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless QuikTrip, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and each of their respective agents, dealers, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions or liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non-use of any prize (including without limitation any Digital Gift) that may be awarded during the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; for transactions or Entries that are lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported or transmitted late or incorrectly, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any website associated with this Promotion, or process any transaction thereon.
Applicable Law: This Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, Participants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Promotion shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, U.S.A.
